Next I will prepare a FREE, no obligation market analysis to estimate your homes selling price in today's market and I will also prepare a net sheet showing how much you'll put in your pocket at closing. The day you list, I will place a sign in your yard and have your propertly listed with pictures on both REALTOR.com and the Pikes Peak MLS.
From here I will aggressively market your home to other agents (who may have a buyer) and I will hold an open house at least once a month until your home sells. When an offer is made I will work my utmost to get you the most in your pocket. If for some reason you are unhappy with my service you can cancel your listing with no cost or obligation.
